By ordering service from AccessMaids Inc customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Cancellations. If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 36 hours before the scheduled time, otherwise $25 rescheduling or $49 late cancellation/lock-out fee may apply .
Payment. Customer agrees to pay when the service is complete. By reserving an appointment with us you authorize to charge the credit card on file if no payment left out.
Minimum order policy. There is 1 hour 45 minutes minimum for all orders (3 1/2 total labor hours). 3.5% convenience fee will be added for the credit card transactions.
Breakage. We make every effort to treat your home as our own. If something should break please call us for the reimbursement.
Personnel. We try very hard to have the same personnel to your home every time. Per your request we will dispatch preferred personnel if you book the first appointment in the morning. Occasionally, due to illness we reserve the right so send 1 maid or 3 maids crew.
Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our service please call us within 48 hours after the service was performed and we’ll redo the problem areas at no additional cost for you within two days.
Arrival times. 30 minutes arrival window required for early morning appointments, 1 hour for reservations after 9:00 am. Two hours for weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly appointments required.
Privacy. When you request the quote or service from AccessMaids, we collect your contact and property information in order to give you an accurate estimate or serve you. We don't rent or sell customer information to the third parties.
