Wash the windows from inside. Windowcills included automatically. By special request we can wash the exterior of the windows if weather permits and you have tilt-in or foldable type of windows. Average completion time- 5 minutes per window pane for 1 person.
Cobweb Removal
Remove cobwebs throughout the home.
Ceiling fans
Dust the ceiling fans. Average completion time- 20 minutes for 1 person (2 bedrooms apartment).
Dishes by hand
Washing some dishes/ loading them in the dishwasher included automatically.
If you have a whole sink of dishes to be hand washed, please choose this option. It typically takes one maid around 30 minutes to hand wash 1 sink of dishes.

Laundry service
Wash and dry laundry. Washer/ dryer in-unit or in the same building required. Please separate whites and colors. Please provide the laundry detergent and coins for washer/dryer (if needed). Average completion time- 30 minutes for 1 person.
Kitchen and bathroom cabinets interior
Clean inside the kitchen and bathrooms cabinets and drawers (must be empty). Average completion time- 60 minutes for 1 person (2 bathrooms apartment).
Balcony Cleaning
Clean the balcony's furniture, floors, windows (if weather permits).
Walls spot cleaning
Clean spots on the walls with Magic Eraser. Some spots may not be removable (depends on stain origin). Average completion time- 20 minutes for 1 person (2 bedrooms apartment)
Carpet shampooing
Pre-vacuum the carpets. Do manual spot cleaning. Deep clean the carpets with hot water and shampoo mix. Average completion time- 30 minutes per room for 1 person.
Antimicrobial bath(s) treatment
Use Microban cleaning solution to kill mold and bacteria in the kitchen and bathrooms.
Building common areas cleaning
Clean outside of the apartment (inside the building common areas). Main, back and side entrances cleaning.
Vapor cleaning
Steam clean the kitchen and bathrooms. We use just the water. 100% toxic free. Perfectly removes old grime and dirt + kills the bacteria.
Pet hair clean-up
Remove pet-hair from floors and furniture.
Change the bed linens
Please provide the clean linens.
